Notes:
1. All rates are non-refundable and inclusive of breakfast for 2 guests per room, welcome drinks, an in-room fruit basket, 3 complimentary bottles of water, and unlimited WiFi access.
2. An extra guest aged under 5 years old staying in existing bed is free of charges.
3. An extra guest aged 5-12 years old staying in existing bed will be charged for breakfast at THB 125/guest.
4. An extra guest aged 12 years older must use extra bed.
5. An extra sofa bed or premium mattress is THB 800 per night, including breakfast, bedding set, and showering set.
6. An extra rollaway bed is THB 1,000 per night, including breakfast, bedding set, and showering set.
7. For complete reservation, 50% or full deposit is required. Please do not hesitate to contact us at convenient channel.
8. Amendment can be emailed to “reservation@seanerybeach.com” at least 1 week prior to arrival date. The new arrival date must be within 2 months from the original check-in date and depending on room availability.
Additional rate may apply if new arrival rate is higher, but no refund if new arrival rate is lower to compensate opportunity costs.

1. ราคาข้างต้นไม่สามารถคืนเงินได้ และรวมอาหารเช้า 2 ท่านต่อ 1 ห้องนอน เครื่องดื่มต้อนรับ ผลไม้ในห้อง น้ำดื่ม 3 ขวด และฟรีสัญญาณอินเตอร์เน็ตไร้สาย
2. ผู้เข้าพักที่ 3 เป็นต้นไปและอายุต่ำกว่า 5 ปี พักเตียงที่มีอยู่ ฟรีค่าบริการและอาหารเช้า
3. ผู้เข้าพักที่ 3 เป็นต้นไปและอายุ 5-12 ปี พักเตียงที่มีอยู่ ต้องเสียค่าอาหารเช้า 125 บาทต่อคน
4. ผู้เข้าพักที่ 3 เป็นต้นไปและอายุตั้งแต่ 12 ปีขึ้นไป ต้องพักที่นอนเสริม
5. ที่นอนเสริมแบบโซฟาเบด หรือที่นอนหนานุ่มพิเศษ ราคา 800 บาทต่อคืน รวมอาหารเช้า ชุดเครื่องนอน และชุดเครื่องอาบน้ำ
6. ที่นอนเสริมแบบเตียงเดี่ยว ราคา 1,000 บาทต่อคืน รวมอาหารเช้า ชุดเครื่องนอน และชุดเครื่องอาบน้ำ
7. สำหรับการจองที่สมบูรณ์ ผู้เข้าพักต้องชำระมัดจำ 50% หรือเต็มราคา กรุณาติดต่อรีสอร์ททางช่องทางที่สะดวกค่ะ
8. หากท่านต้องการเปลี่ยนแปลงวันเข้าพัก สามารถส่งอีเมล์เข้ามาที่ reservation@seanerybeach.com ล่วงหน้า 1 สัปดาห์ก่อนวันเข้าพัก วันที่เข้าพักใหม่จะต้องอยู่ภายใน 2 เดือนนับจากวันที่เข้าพักครั้งแรกสุด และขึ้นอยู่กับจำนวนห้องพักที่ว่าง
ทางรีสอร์ทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเรียกเก็บส่วนต่างค่าที่พัก กรณีราคาเข้าพักใหม่สูงกว่า แต่หากราคาเข้าพักใหม่ต่ำกว่า ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่คืนส่วนต่าง เพื่อชดเชยโอกาสที่เสียไปค่ะ
